To support this, Ocean Rodeo offers an unconditional, 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every product we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Ocean Rodeo for a full refund within the first 60 days.
SATISFACTION Guarantee conditions:
Guarantee is valid only on products purchased through authorized Ocean Rodeo dealers or Ocean Rodeo Online, for current season product, and must be submitted by the original purchaser who registered the product.
Refund will not include the shipping charges at the time of purchase (though most products bought online ship for free within NA and Europe). It may not include the shipping costs to return the product, however, we will aim to minimize or remove these costs where we can do so.

Limitation and Demos
Customers found to repeatedly take advantage of this offer may be disqualified from this offering. If you are looking to demo some Ocean Rodeo gear, get in touch with a local Ocean Rodeo dealer and they will gladly get you out on the water to try before you buy! If no dealer is located near you, please contact us.
If you are past the 60 days since your purchase, the product hasn't been registered, and/or you think there is a materials or workmanship issue with your product, please view our Warranty FAQ or start a warranty claim.
